It's been a while.
I am hoping that I can get back into adding articles, reviews, and my own game material here again in late November / early December.
In the meantime, I wanted to share a project I have been working on with you all here.
A few months ago I play-tested Red Bay for Jon Cohen: a writing tool designed to create a found footage horror story ready for video or audio drama. In testing it I learned something about myself: I love writing horror... and I am good at it.
I used it to create a story called "Shelter" that I immediately turned into an audio drama. And the people I shared it with found it horrifying.
I shortly had an opportunity to sit down with Jon and discuss the possibility of working together to create a new horror anthology series together. The result, RED BAY is now live. It is an anthology of found footage horror stories half created by myself, and half by Jon.
